The president’s wife, Olena Zelenska, is convinced that there is now a hot front in Ukraine, while what is happening abroad can be called an economic and information front.
She noted this during a panel discussion at the 17th annual meeting of the Yalta European Strategy (YES), hosted by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation, a Ukrinform correspondent reported.
“In Western Europe many people are now really in an economic crisis, according to their own example, prices are rising, they are worried about their future, how they will pay for energy, etc. I’m sure it’s true, that it is is. But this economic crisis is caused by the war and nothing else. Yes, we now have a hot front and what is happening abroad can be called both an economic and an information front,” the first lady said.

According to her, if the civilized world surrenders and makes concessions, the aggression will never end.
“There will be an aggressor, if not one, then another, there will always be aggression. Constantly making concessions is constantly giving up. This is short-sighted and, I’m sure, not pragmatic,” Zelenskaya stressed.
According to her, there is now a war of worldviews and values.
“After Bucha it is no longer possible to live as before, just like after Auschwitz”, the wife of the president is convinced.

At the same time, she assured that our most important value is a person, every person, because he is the country, every person saves, we save the country.
As you know, on February 24, Russia began a new phase of the eight-year-old wars against Ukraine – a large-scale offensive. The enemy is carrying out massive shelling and bombing raids on peaceful Ukrainian towns and villages. The Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Territorial Forces and the entire Ukrainian people are effectively opposing the Russian forces and inflicting heavy casualties on them.
